Fourth game of the regular season and my last, since I am returning to Europe. After the match, I went to EOS again with Martin for regeneration (SPA & Sauna)

My right knee got kicked and is swollen now. Hopefully, it would not be serious.

Another early sleepy game. I had a bad sleep, and in the morning, I found out some shocking news from my home club back in Slovakia. Anyway, I came on time and started as a forward with Max. First half not much happened, except one good Max cross which found me on the far post, but I missed the net.

In the second half, the key point was their penalty kick. It was not a penalty at first, but they yelled like crazy, so the ref gave them one. This upset Chris a lot, and he had to go out for 5 minutes. That was not good, since we lost our central midfield completely. From that moment, we got a total of five goals. Pure disaster.

I played very teamly and gave Max two good passes for two good chances. Also, after one pass behind their defense, I caught the ball shortly before the line and gave a back pass to Luis, who scored into an empty net. In the last minute after a corner, I kicked the ball far, Max settled it, and went all the way to their goal. This was my second assist. I also had my chance after a corner. I gave a header but missed the net.

Generally, we did not play well. They talked a lot, but we did the same. It looked like a girl club. Brian was sent out again. Also, our play was not a team effort. Everybody was playing for themselves. Whenever there was a net in range, we kept shooting from a distance of 30-35 meters. No good passes, a lot of dribbling, a lot of lost balls. Very selfish approach. If I had not given those two passes, we would have ended up with zero.
