EOS Fitness Training with Martin

- just stairs (12 mins), no bike
- free weights and machines: 30 series
- 2x hamstring (injury prevention)
- Seated Leg Press (patella/chondromalacia protocol)
- hot SPA afterwards

Note

Skipped the bike today, because there is a football match tomorrow.

Hands/arms were pretty weak, but I did 145 lbs hamstring today!

The gym was pretty empty (no surprise;)
