Two days ago, I had PRP shots in both of my knees. Yesterday I was quite unwell (felt sick), so our Friday workout was postponed by one day. As a warmup I did an easy bike for 25 minutes. Martin left early (after about 22 series).Obviously, there was no hamstring and no knee protocol. Also, the doctor specifically forbade going into the hot tub (spa), so I skipped that as well. I was so tired after the workout that I completely forgot about Charlie's party, which he organized to celebrate our SUASL title.
