My New Year's commitment is to increase the amount and volume of high aerobic activities. This training was scheduled for Tuesday next week, but I decided to do it today. On top of that, my Training Status was PEAKING, which is quite rare. During the day, it started to rain (good excuse not to go), but then in the afternoon the sun showed up, so there was no excuse anymore :)
