EOS Fitness Workout

After a week, we are back in the gym. Last time was 2025-07-29

The bikes were full, but I managed to get one after a short wait. Martin and Simca went to the movie theatre room to do their cardio.

Note

I felt tired after the long road trip in Northern Arizona, Utah, and Nevada. That was why we were not able to use Simca’s trial during the past week. But she was able to get in, even though her trial was supposed to expire today.

We completed my knee protocol, but the wait for some of the leg machines was quite long. At least the SPA was hot again. Simca did not go to the pool but went to the treadmill again.
