Description

Initial EOS workout with Martin

Our first session at EOS Fitness for the new season. The workout followed the structure of previous sessions, mostly 2025-01-03, with elements from 2025-01-31 and 2025-02-07. I started each exercise by testing my previous max, which often felt challenging, so I slightly reduced the weight for the following sets.

Sore arms the next day :)

Warmup: bike 100cal

Machines workouts:
- 3x Chest Press
- 3x Shoulder Press
- 3x Pectoral Fly
- 3x Rear Delt
- 3x Pulldown with weight
- 2x Iso Lateral Row (each hand + 2x together)
- 2x Triceps Press
- 3x Rear Delt Fly
- 3x Seated Leg Curl (hamstring)
- 1x Pull-ups (only 8:)
- 1x Triceps Dips
- 1x Leg Raise

After: hot tub/bath (40 C)
