- 3x Shoulder Press
- 4x Iso Lateral Row (each hand + 2x together)
- 3x Pectoral Fly
- 3x Rear Delt
- 3x Pulldown with weight
- 3x Triceps Press
- 3x Pulldown
- 3x Seated Leg Curl (hamstring)
- 3x Horizontal Leg Curl (hamstring)
- 1x Pull-ups (only 8:)
- 1x Triceps Dips
- 2x Leg Raise
After: hot tub/bath (40 C)
