Taped Up Nose Breathing Run (my first ever)
I taped my mouth and focused on breathing only through my nose. When it got challenging, I slowed down and eventually settled into a pace of 6:20/km
Note
My recovery time was nearly three days, but I still wanted to stay active. I decided to try an experiment: I taped my mouth and ran using only nose breathing. It turned out to be much harder than I expected!
