Repeated workout with Martin

We are consistent! Friday is our workout day. This was the fourth Friday this month (and also this year:) that we went to work out. It was the same routine as on 2025-01-03, including a session in the hot tub (SPA) afterward.

Note

First time:
- Shoulder Press 80lbs - did 11 reps, need to go higher
- Pectorial Fly: 205lbs
- Rear Delt: 175lbs (too much:)

Also I collected some numbers today:
- Seated Leg Curl: 170lbs / seat5 / middle-angle / fit-tight / XL
- Triceps Extension: 110lbs
- Biceps Curl: 125lbs (or more)
