warmup: 100cal walk/run
arms: 10 machines (2 series each)
legs: hamstring 3x
finish: hangs on balls (very challenging after this workout:)

Note

I was not in the mood to work out today, but I still went and repeated the same arm-focused workout from 2024-12-25.

I saved my legs since I played two football matches yesterday, but I still included hamstring exercises for injury prevention.
