New Year Eve Training

repeated 2024-12-28, but no bike warmup, but I ran into the gym from home

on the way home, fireworks were already firing

I used this session to complete the numbers from the original training I was repeating.

The gym was quite empty, with only three people around 7 PM. Just when I thought no one else would show up, more people started arriving.
