First Anytime Training in the Winter 2024 season

Notes:
- I got a new subscription today
- actually based on PowerGym workouts in Slovakia
- this was mostly about testing my max weights on machines since I moved a bit since last visit on 2024-08-19

- 6 arms exercises
- 5 legs exercises

Machines: 6 exercises (2 series each)
- ChPr: 160lbs
- ShPr: 70lbs (80 was too much, but I tried!)
- back curl: 45+25+25 on each side
- BiCu standing: 80lbs
- ReDe: 145lbs NO_GRIP!
- PeFly: 175lbs

No hangs, no extra (TBD)
