EOS Fitness Training with Martin

- just stairs (12 mins), no bike
- free weights and machines: 18 series
- 2x hamstring (injury prevention)
- Seated Leg Press (patella/chondromalacia protocol)
- hot SPA afterwards

Note

My legs were still sore from the football two days ago. So no hard bike today. But the stairs were not super-easy either.

We called it a day after 16 series. I did two more core exercises after my protocols.
