- easy bike (210W lvl16) 25min
- free weights and machines: 21 exercises
- 2x hamstring (injury prevention)
- 2/3 of the knee protocol
- hot SPA afterwards

Note

Legs are tired from yesterday, and also left knee+achiles tendons problems

Slighly better performance on Bench press: 7reps with 2x 55lbs + bar

Tried 95 lbs on Shoulder Press again
