EOS Fitness Training with Martin

- just stairs, no bike
- free weights and machines: 24 exercises
- 2x hamstring (injury prevention)
- 1/2 of the knee protocol
- hot SPA afterwards

Note

After the PRP shot, I did not feel like going hard on the bike. But the stairs were okay.

Today I started with my knee protocol again.

Accomplishment: tried 95 on Shoulder Press
