- free weights and machines: 25 exercises
- 2x hamstring (injury prevention)
- no knee protocol
- hot SPA afterwards

Note

Pushed the bike further, my legs are getting stronger.

Arms are quite plateau.

Skipped the knee protocol today, still sore muscles from the match two days ago.
