EOS Fitness Training with Martin

- just stairs, no bike
- free weights and machines: 26 exercises
- 2x hamstring (injury prevention)
- half of the knee protocol: 3-4 series
- hot SPA afterwards

Note

No hard bike warmup, because my legs were sore from yesterday's football match.

We did 25+ series, but I took the knee protocol easy today.
