Because of low HRV, Garmin suggested a recovery run. But I wanted to try something more challenging, so I looked up Threshold run and executed it. It was 10 minutes warm-up, 15 minutes at 4:35/km, and 10 minutes cool-down. Those 15 minutes were hard, and I had to take a break. But I did it, and the knee felt relatively stable, though still not 100%
