Phoenix Home Core/Abs Workout

Repeated workout from 2025-07-02, used a lower weight to avoid having a sore core the next day. Used HIIT on my Garmin

3x Dumbbell Deadbugs (or Leg Raises)
3x Russian Twists (weighted)
3x Plank (front) 1:30/1:20/1:10
2x Side Planks (each side)
3x Seated Leg Overs
3x Hollow Body Hold (optional advanced)

EXTRA: 90 rope
(right knee not good, so I split it into three parts 30 each)
