Description

Hands-only Repeated Consistency Training

Repeated training from 2024-01-11

Training instead of match as ASC. They lost badly 13:4

Note

My hamstrings from the 2024-01-28 football match are still not good, so I decided to do a workout focused on my hands and arms. I still did legs, but only the first part, and without weight and no machines.
