- hot SPA afterwards

My left Achilles tendon is still swollen, but less painful. So I tried the stairs at a slow pace. It was OK.Hamstring: first time at 135lbs
Seated Leg Press protocol:
- 5/4 series (left/right)
- left (Patella): 5 series, 80lbs, 12-reps
- right (Chondromalacia): 4 series, 40lbs, 15-reps
