EOS Fitness Training with Martin

- just stairs, no bike
- free weights and machines: 21 series
- 2x hamstring (injury prevention)
- Seated Leg Press (patella/chondromalacia protocol)
- hot SPA afterwards

Note

My left Achilles tendon is still swollen, but less painful. So I tried the stairs at a slow pace. It was OK.

Hamstring: first time at 135lbs

Seated Leg Press protocol:
- 5/4 series (left/right)
- left (Patella): 5 series, 80lbs, 12-reps
- right (Chondromalacia): 4 series, 40lbs, 15-reps
