- bike 10 minutes (2/5 lvl17; 2/5 lvl18; 1/5 lvl19)
- free weights and machines: 22 series
- 2x hamstring (injury prevention)
- Seated Leg Press (patella/chondromalacia protocol)
- hot SPA afterwards

Note

Two minutes on the level 19 bike, very good!

Chest Press: did 7/8 for 2x55lbs+bar in the 3rd series (not bad!)

Start doing protocol on the Seated Leg Press machine
