- bike 10 minutes (5/10 lvl17; 4/10 lvl18; 1/10 lvl19)
- free weights and machines: 29 exercises
- 2x hamstring (injury prevention)
- full extended knee protocol
- hot SPA afterwards

Note

Very powerful workout. First time this season I did level 19 on the bike. My performance is improving.

I also started to take my knee protocol more seriously. So I did more exercises and more reps with heavier weights.
