EOS Fitness Training with Martin

- just stairs, no bike
- free weights and machines: 28 exercises
- 2x hamstring (injury prevention)
- 2/3 of the knee protocol
- hot SPA afterwards

Note

The initial plan was to skip the swimming and SPA, but we changed our minds at the end. I skipped the bike today, since my right knee is still injured and I did not want to make it worse. I think the meniscus is OK now, but the chondromalacia problem came back.

After the workout, we went for dinner to ZK Grill (like I have been yesterday:)
