EOS Fitness Training with Martin

- bike 10 minutes (1/2 lvl17; 1/2 lvl18 -> 30secs level 19)
- free weights and machines: 22 exercises
- 2x hamstring (injury prevention)
- full knee protocol
- hot SPA afterwards

Note

Legs were quite sore, but I decided to do the bike anyway. First time I went to level 19, but only for 30 seconds.

After 22 reps of hands/arms exercises I had significant fatigue. But still did the hamstring and my knee protocol.

After the workout, we went to dinner at Green Corner.
