EOS Fitness Training with Martin

- just stairs, no bike
- free weights and machines: 30 exercises
- 2x hamstring (injury prevention)
- no knee protocol
- hot SPA afterwards

Note

My legs were sore from yesterday’s football, so no bike today, just stairs. That is also why I skipped the knee protocol, but I did not forget the hamstring injury prevention.

Martin went swimming after 25 series. So I did some extra arms and core exercises before we went to the SPA.
