Workout and Ball JugglingI have not touched a ball for 3 weeks, so I told myself it was time. Of course, no heavy shooting or sprinting because of the injured knee. Just easy ball juggling. This was somehow similar to the training on 2025-01-19, but of course, no vest and no acceleration.

- warmup run- basic planks
- 2 series of 9 exercises: pull-ups (11x), push-ups (25x), chin-ups (11x), monkey left, monkey right, leg raises, Danny's push-ups, triceps, triangle pull-ups
- ball juggling during the rest
- no acceleration sprints
