First EOS Fitness Training

- 100cal stairs warmup
- 25 reps arms/hands
(5xBench, 4xShPr, 4xRow, 3xPeFly, 3xReDe, 3xTriceps, 3xBiceps)
- 2x hamstring (injury prevention)
- hot SPA afterwards

Note

First weight training in this new season. With Martin, who has his car at the nearby service station.

Also, the first time at this location. The gym is nice and has two stories, but it is not as big as the one on Mayo Blvd.
