Note
Woke up at 4 AM so we could leave at 5 AM. The race started at 6:30. I did not feel particularly well. The high humidity resulted in heavy sweating. I kept pace with Simca only for the first kilometer, then followed from a distance. My pace slowed, but I was able to speed up in the final kilometer. The time and pace were not great, but considering the early start and my left knee patella issue, I am satisfied. Simca won her age group and made it to the podium, which was recorded on video.
