Description

EOS Fitness workout with Martin

Started with bench press (2×45lbs weights). Continue with upper chest and biceps exercises. Followed with standard machines, where overall performance was a bit lower today. Completed 7 total exercises, 3 sets each. Finished with my knee rehab protocol and targeted hamstring workout.
