Another workout at Gramercy gym

Tomorrow is my checkout day, so I decided to do another workout before I go.

Note

Repeating the 2026-07-06 session with some additional workouts in the Functional training room, like wall-sit and others.

After workout I finally got to swim in the hotel pool. I swam there yesterday as well.
